  • Coverage: Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Armed Forces locations).
  • Carriers: DHL, FedEx, EMS, and other trusted partners.
  • Transit Time: 30–45 business days (subject to carrier schedules and customs clearance).

 Tracking Your Order

If tracking updates are missing for more than 7 days, please contact our support team.

Receiving & Inspecting Packages

  • At Delivery: Check the package for damage (tears, stains) before accepting. You may refuse it and contact us immediately if damaged.
  • If someone else receives it on your behalf, the package is considered accepted in good condition.
  • Issue Reporting: Submit photos and a detailed report of damaged/missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
