We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns Process
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@moreborn.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: "Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]".

Provide Details: Include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned and quantity
- Reason for return (optional)
- Photos of the product condition (if damaged)
- Authorization: We will respond within 3-5 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and designated return address.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and retain the shipping tracking number.
- Refund Processing: we will initiate the refund through the original payment method with 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. The actual date of refund arrival depends on your card-issuing bank. Typically, it takes 7–14 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@moreborn.net
- Restocking Fee: 0
Conditions:
- Items must be new or slightly used products, in original packaging with tags and accessories intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective/wrong item).
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get the exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
