90-Day Risk-Free Home Trial

We want you to feel confident trying MB4 at home. You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your item.

Returns Process
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email support@moreborn.net within 90 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line "Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]".
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) and quantity being returned, the reason for return (optional), and photos if the product is damaged.
3. Authorization: We will respond within 3–5 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and designated return address.
4. Ship Your Return: After your return request is approved, Moreborn will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, use the prepaid label, and retain the tracking number.
5. Refund Processing: We will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Your bank may take 7–14 business days to post the refund. If you have not received it after 15 business days, contact support@moreborn.net.
6. Restocking Fee: None.

Conditions

• Items may be new or slightly used and must be returned in the original packaging with included accessories intact.
• Moreborn covers return shipping for eligible returns within the 90-day home trial. After your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.
